Refund policy

Dear customers, your satisfaction matters to us! If your order isn't quite perfect, and you wish to exchange, you can fill up the form at contact us section and tell us your number order and reason for exchange. You have 72 hours to send us message about the exchange or damaged product after your products have been received.

  • Returns and exchanges can only occur once.
  • Items purchased through promotions (including discount vouchers, flash sales, and final sale offers) are not eligible for exchange or return, except in cases of unknown manufacturing defects or incorrect items being delivered.
  • Video proof must be provided for complaints.
  • All shipping fees will be borne by customers, including the shipping fee to send exchanged items back to customers.
  • Valid receipts must be provided for a return or exchange to be accepted.
  • Please make sure the product are being packed according to this condition: Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags still attached with the same packaging that Luce & Vera used to send the goods.
  • Returns that are damaged, soiled, perfumed or altered are not accepted and will be sent back to the customer (Shipping cost will be cover by customer).
  • Please note that we do not provide pick up services for returns and exchanges. Use a trusted courier with a tracking number to send the packages. We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.
  • We do not cover the return cost if you want to exchange to other sizes or item(s).
  • Once confirmed and we have received and checked the item, you will receive store credits in the form of a Gift Card that will be sent to your email (worth the value of the returned item(s), not including the shipping cost) to repurchase any item(s) on our Website www.luce-vera.com
  • Please note that in the event that we get charged any additional fees, these fees will be deducted from your store credit.

If you have received a damaged item, we will exchange it with the same item. If the same item isn’t available, you will also receive store credits in the form of a Gift Card that will be sent to your email (worth the value of the returned item(s), including the shipping cost) to repurchase the item on our Website www.luce-vera.com

When you wish to exchange an item with a lower priced item, you can use the remaining balance in your Gift Card for the next purchase. Please note that you can combine these store credits in the form of a Gift Card with any eligible discount code.
